The incumbent should have previously worked as a principal of a reputed CBSE school for at least 10 years.
Experience of inspection of schools for affiliation will be an added advantage. The incumbent should be well versed with all legal administrative compliances and documents also should be well versed with pedagogical principles, essential elements of lesson planning. Critical observation skills NEP NCF guidelines etc.
